A Hudson Valley Circus Themed Birthday Party

This circus themed joint birthday party for two siblings is one of my favorite events! There were just so many amazing details. They had everything, face painting, camel rides, artists drawing caricatures, cupcakes, popcorn, animal crackers, cotton candy and so much more! Towards the end of the party they even had an ice cream truck serving cold treats to all of the guests. If that wasn't enough, there was also plenty of entertainment including a dj and clown. Fitting with the theme, the birthday kids grandparents also dressed as clowns. How fun is that?! Speaking of which, the birthday boy and girl looked adorable in their matching circus outfits. Of course, they both had a fantastic time.

A Hudson Valley Family Portrait Session

This adorable little girl was all smiles for her family portrait session in the Hudson Valley. I absolutely love the photograph of her and her parents laying on their picnic blanket! She could not stop laughing. How cute?

A Hudson Valley Family Portrait Session and Cake Smash!

This family portrait session is one of my favorites. Not only did we photograph at the beautiful Robert's Farm, in the Hudson Valley, but it was also a first birthday cake smash! A few years ago I photographed big sister's first birthday party, then this little guy's newborn session and now it is hard to believe he is one year old. He certainly enjoyed his cake!

A Brooklyn Family Portrait Session

My favorite part of this Brooklyn family portrait session was all the cute outfits this adorable little girl got to wear! The pink ruffled onsie was definitely my favorite. After lots of fun photographs with mom and dad at home, we headed to a local park for some lovely outdoor shots.

A First Birthday Party at the Kolo Klub in Hoboken, New Jersey

This "pretty in pink" first birthday party, held at the a Kolo Klub in Hoboken, New Jersey, was both fun and sophisticated. I personally love the turn-of-the-century vintage style of the venue and it was the perfect place to enjoy a lunch of french fries, mini burgers, sausages and hot pretzels. This party had an extra special surprise. The birthday girl's father sang some of her favorite songs! Fitting with the theme, guests got to take home musical note cookies made by Jennifer Choi Dessert Catering. The day ended with beautiful cupcakes and a birthday cake by Simply Home Goods. The adorable birthday girl in her sparkly pink dress and silver shoes had a fantastic time!
