During a newborn session my goal is always to get the little baby to sleep. This little guy slept through the entire shoot! Whether snug in a basket, on his parents bed or cuddled in their arms, he never woke up. He was the perfect little baby model!

One of my favorite parts of being a portrait photographer is having the opportunity to watch babies grow! I first met this family during this little one's newborn session. Now at three months old he sure has changed! We started the shoot by photographing him in his monogramed chair, the same chair he slept in as a newborn. After a quick nap, we all headed outside for some family portraits.
You can see his newborn session here!

Just three months ago I was photographing this little one's newborn session, which you can see here. It is hard to believe how much she has grown in such a short amount of time! She has certainly developed her tummy time skill and can even stand with a little help from mom. After photographing this cutie-pie at home we all headed out for family portraits in front of the Hoboken mural.

Everyone who knows me knows I am obsessed with baking cupcakes, therefore I was delighted to find out the theme of this first birthday party! They had everything from cupcake pops to cupcake cookies, banners and balloons. The adorable birthday girl definitely enjoyed her giant purple and pink cupcake cake.

As I have said many times before On to Baby is one of my favorite baby blogs! Their site is filled with beautiful and creative ideas. Today I am so excited to have a birthday party I photographed published on it! The birthday girl's mom put together all of the DIY sunshine themed details. Follow this link to see more of this birthday party. It is the perfect antidote to the winter blues.

I adore this Koala themed nursery complete with wall decal. It is especially adorable since this little guy's dad is Australian! After some tummy time, his parents dressed him up for portraits. Doesn't he look dapper in his tiny blue bow tie? We ended the day wandering around Hoboken for a few more photographs in the park.
